There is no formal licence; but for the record; as a member of South Bedfordshire Friends of the Earth which is an entirely voluntary organisation South Bedfordshire Friends of the Earth in 2012 set up a project in partnership with CBC and Leighton Linslade Town Council and the Greensand trust called "Keep the Buzz in Leighton Buzzard". this consists of parcels of land in the urban area belonging to either CBC or LLTC or some other organisations which are managed as bee friendly habitats. these areas are managed in liaison with CBC Countryside Access and Housing. They consist of areas by the river in the town centre, a hedge on highways land in Knaves hill beside the railway, a steep bank on Soulbury Road, an area behind Carina Drive and adjacent to clipstone Brook by Woodman Close and by Bossard House. I make not mention of these in any of my work as a councillor
